The Last Days of January
| ..The pland was a good one. We
would meet in Miami, at the airport at 2:30 PM Thursday
January 31st 2002. I arrived at the airport around 2:00,
I made two practice trips around the airport pickup
concourse. After a two day drive, and a month of planning
things were coming together. So I pulled around the
departure ramp one more time and David was standing there
with a smile on his face. ..Now we were on our way. I had use my computer to plan my route to Miami, but I did not think about how to get from Miami to Key West. So it took us over an hour to get through Miami. Just goes to show that best plans sometimes aren't always complete. Even though we lost valuable daylight we had a good time talking with the windows down and the air-conditioner blasting. |

David arrived. After I arrived in Florida on Wednesday I
headed toward the ocean. I passed through Orlando where
the grass was still showing winter colors. It was
interesting to see trees that had lost their leaves, but
their off springs that were low and close to the ground
where green and growing. Well after < picture # 3182 |
